Alphabetic list of elements (v1.0)

Element author can be used to list the names of the author(s) of the piece.
Attributes
- type, the role of the author within the composition. Multiple values (such as "voice and guitar", or "composer and librettist") are allowed, even if the corresponding atomized version - i.e. the use of a number of elements with the same content and different values of the attribute - is preferable.
