Element midi_mapping allows the definition of music event occurrences within a MIDI file. Please note that it is possible to define a number of different mappings within a single MIDI file, with different correspondences among IEEE 1599 parts/voices and MIDI tracks/channels.
Attributes
- part_ref, a mandatory attribute that refers to the part to be mapped.
- voice_ref, an optional attribute that refers to the voice to be mapped.
- track, a mandatory attribute that specifies which track of the MIDI file is mapped.
- channel, a mandatory attribute that specifies which channel of the MIDI file is mapped.
