Element notation_event is used to map the occurrence of a music event in the notational file and to link it to the spine structure.
Attributes
- event_ref, a mandatory attribute to identify the spine event which the graphic event should be linked to.
- start_position, a mandatory attribute to define the start coordinate of the occurrence within the file. The measurement unit is the one defined in the corresponding notation_instance container element.
- end_position, a mandatory attribute to define the end coordinate of the occurrence within the file. The measurement unit is the one defined in the corresponding notation_instance container element.
- description, an optional attribute used to provide a textual description of the event.
