Alphabetic list of elements (v1.0)

Element percussion_beater is for the type of beater used in percussion parts.
Attributes
- id, an optional attribute that provides a unique identification for the symbol.
- type, a mandatory attribute that identifies the kind of beater to be used. Please refer to the table of below to understand the differences among supported values.
- start_event_ref, a mandatory attribute to identify the spine event at which the beater is specified.
- end_event_ref, a mandatory attribute to identify the spine event at which the beater is no longer used.
